Athletes have an incredible gift. The drive, motivation, determination, and perseverance; I admire all of the qualities of athletes I have photographed. It is truly incredible the hearing about their accomplishments whether it may be winning trophies and medals or keeping their mind, body, and soul in shape.

David was incredible during his session. Despite the late August heat, we were able to create amazing images of his hobby. Running isn’t just about being the fastest person, David does it solely for himself and his health and most of all he enjoys it! I can’t say I am a runner myself, but David sure made this look easy.

I had an absolute blast photographing David for his personal athletic portraits. It was such a fun time having the opportunity to go to an interesting location and be creative with poses and candid photos. I am really looking forward to photographing more athletes and hearing their own stories.
