"Family Is Always There When You Need Them" | Gretchen Elaine Photography Seniors
I have been booking senior sessions like crazy over the last month. As fun as the summer portraits have been, I am very excited for all the fall sessions to get started. I know I am not the only one!
The main thing that fall sessions mean is that for the class of 2021, their year has begun and count down to graduation is a go!
Graduation is definitely bitter sweet for not only Gretchen Elaine Photography but all of our senior’s families. Every year I enjoy getting to know the seniors and their parents. I get to hear about their excitement for starting college and their dreams for the future. On the other hand, I also get to hear about how their families are excited but nervous for those future milestones. We all know our families love and support us, but seniors keep in mind that parents only worry because they care!
For those of you starting your final year of high school, just keep those thoughts in mind. I know my parents had a tough time with big changes once I was headed off to college. Despite those challenges, its always good to know your family is on your team.
I absolutely love having the opportunity to work with all the seniors and their families every year. Saying good luck to all the graduating seniors and welcoming the upcoming seniors is always a thrill. I wanted to use this week’s blog as a big thank you to not only all of the seniors of 2021 for all the wonderful sessions this year, but also to all the families of those seniors. You all are such a wonderful support for your kids and it is always a pleasure to meet you all and get to share in your senior’s excitement and memories.
